Eric B. Bormaster grew up in Houston, Texas and joined R.B. Bormaster & Associates, P.C. when the Firm first opened. His practice is focused on Consumer Protection Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Mass Tort Litigation. His representative experience includes representing refinery workers injured in catastrophic accidents, small business owners whose properties and businesses have been negatively impacted by major industrial accidents and individuals, and families and small businesses in first party insurance litigation.
Mr. Bormaster is licensed in the State of Texas and in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association.
Mr. Bormaster received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Prior to joining R.B. Bormaster & Associates, P.C., Mr. Bormaster gained valuable legal work experience having completed a Judicial Internship with United States Magistrate Judge Marcia A. Crone, at the Southern District of Texas where he spent his time drafting “recommendations and opinions of law” for the courts review. He also spent a number of years with another prominent Houston Law Firm where he became proficient handling litigation matters.
